To book an Initial Consultation for Chiropractic care or massage therapy, some contact details must be taken with a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve the appointment time.

With a minimum 24 hour notice, this appointment can be re-arranged and the deposit can be carried forward. The deposit for missed or cancelled initial consultation appointments will not be refunded.
Follow up appointments may be cancelled or re-scheduled with a minimum 24 hour notice. Missed appointments are subject to a £10 fee.

Treatment sessions can be pre-paid in packages of 6 (15% discount), 12 (20% discount) or 18 (25% discount) sessions, and are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. *Please note that if it has been more than 12 months between sessions, a re-assessment appointment is required which is charged at a separate fee, however the remaining pre-paid sessions will still be valid for the remaining months.

In the case of a refund being requested, the session(s) used are charged at full rate, and remaining sessions will be reimbursed.
