Covid 19 update – Week 13
As we continue to progress towards something more normal, we continue to update our policies and procedures to make sure we offer a safe environment for all in the clinic.
We are now open 5 days a week although still on restricted hours. Social distancing along with the increased hygiene measures are in place.
If you are in pain and need chiropractic care please give us a call on 01506 828828 and we will help where we can. (We are still awaiting a further update on when we can offer massage appointments)
There are some other changes we are making that you may not have noticed to date, but which comply with the latest guidelines, not just in relation to covid-19, but also with our professional regulators.
These changes are below and will be in place from June 22nd 2020.
- If it is more than a year since you have been seen by Melinda or Samantha, you will be asked to book a reassessment appointment. This will give the chiropractor a chance to review your medical status and check if there have been any changes since you were last seen.
- If it is more than 3 years since you have been in the clinic for chiropractic treatment or massage, you will be asked to book a new patient appointment; again this is to make sure we can review your history since we last saw you.
Our treatment prices also increase by an average of £3 per appointment from the 22nd and this is to help us mitigate the financial impact of the current crisis and the changes it has forced upon us. We look forward to continuing to help you and those in our communities.
