We now have a start date for Rob to restart work and we will be offering massage appointments to those in pain or discomfort from 13th July!

The enhanced hygiene policies and procedures that we have developed over the past weeks will of course be in place and apply to anyone seeking an appointment with Rob.

Chiropractic appointments are available as before, again for those in pain or discomfort.

When you call you will be asked briefly about your condition and your current health status. If you have any symptoms of CV-19; persistent dry cough, high temperature, loss of sense of taste or smell; you will be asked to delay your visit to the clinic until you have been symptom free for 7 days. If anyone in your household is exhibiting any symptoms you will be asked to delay your appointment for 14 days. If after making an appointment you become unwell, or one of your household becomes unwell please call and postpone your visit.

When you come to the clinic we would ask that you are on time. Arriving too early may mean we cannot allow you access to the reception area if we have other patients already inside. If possible please come to your appointment alone. If you think you may be more than a few minutes late please call and let us know.

On arrival you will be asked to use hand sanitiser from our wall mounted dispenser and all other new protocols will be explained as required.

We would ask that wherever possible you pay by card to reduce the amount of items passed between yourself and staff members.

Rob is looking forward to getting back to doing what he does best and not pretending to be a receptionist!
